T2 Hub Platform Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the T2 Hub online learning platform. By accessing or using the the T2 Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the T2 Hub.  

2. Data Collection and Use

2.1. Purpose of Data Collection: We collect personal data from you and your designated feedback providers ("Respondents") for the purpose of conducting 360-degree feedback assessments and organisational surveys. This data may include names, job titles, demographic information, protected characteristics information and feedback responses.

2.2. Consent: By using the T2 Hub, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in these Terms. We will obtain explicit consent from Respondents before collecting their feedback.

2.3. Data Use: We will use your data to:

  • Facilitate the 360-degree feedback and organisational survey process.

  • Generate and deliver feedback reports.

  • Conduct research and analysis to improve and assist with our services.

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1. Storage: We store your data on secure servers with appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.  

3.2. Data Retention: We will retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in these Terms or as required by law.

3.3. Data Breaches: In the event of a data breach, we will take appropriate steps to mitigate the impact and notify affected individuals as required by law.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1. Sharing with Respondents: We may share your personal data with Respondents to the extent necessary for them to provide feedback.

4.2. Sharing with Third Parties: We may share your data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the T2 Hub, such as cloud storage providers and data analysis tools. We will ensure that these third parties comply with GDPR and have appropriate data protection measures in place.
